Terms & Conditions of Use for the 68100 Platform
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 68100 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering for or using any part of the 68100 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to register for or continue using this platform.
To use the 68100 platform, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any company or other entity;
- Not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations from using services of this nature;
- Never previously held an account that was suspended or closed by 68100 for a breach of terms.
68100 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If you are unable to verify this information within the stipulated timeframe, the platform reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily or permanently.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 68100 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number and valid payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information current whenever any changes occur.
Your account password is entirely your own responsibility. 68100 recommends using a strong, unique password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users agree to use the 68100 platform lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Strictly prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, flaws in games or payment systems to gain an unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or placing bets in a pattern intended to defraud the platform;
- Using another person's account or granting a third party access to your account;
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity or availability of the platform.
68100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 68100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts local payment methods including FPX online banking, TNG e-wallet and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks.
Deposits are typically processed within minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to successful identity verification and fulfilment of any active bonus requirements.
68100 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for verification purposes, security reviews or compliance with internal procedures. Transactions suspected of involving fraud, forgery or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.
Any bank fees or charges arising from payment transactions are the user's responsibility unless otherwise stated by 68100.
Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability
68100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or carried out any unlawful activity.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any legitimate remaining balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the required verification.
Regarding limitation of liability, 68100 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays or data loss beyond the platform's direct control. 68100's total liability to any user shall not exceed that user's net deposit amount in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All content on the 68100 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code and design, is the property of 68100 or its relevant licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 68100.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. 68100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
68100 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
